Our Participants Say:
“My experience in the Mexico City and Surrounding experience was transformative. It's wild to think you could find peace and mindfulness in a large busy city. The leaders and guides were passionate where I was inspired after each day. I'm not the fastest runner but I never felt I was a burden, especially on the trail run. Coming from sea level and running at 9,000 ft was a challenge but Pau was an incredible and supportive leader that stayed with me when I was falling behind in the group. I loved that the group had stops where I was able to catch up and reunite with group, which made me feel even more included in the experience. I had a lot of 1st on this experience, like hoping into an ice bath and participating in a Temazcal. They left me feeling like a new person. This experience will be something I will remember forever”.

“This far exceeded my expectation of what I thought running in an urban landscape would be. The uniqueness of Mexico City came to play here, as when doing morning yoga in the middle of Xochimilco, it's very easy to forget that you are still within a busy bustling city. The serenity is unexpected. Only in Mexico would a run through a university be so interesting, and this is thanks to rich culture and the community beacon such a university has become. The range of dining experiences we had on this experience were also something incredible. From a very fine dining experience on the first night, to the very easy going yet amazing local meal we had after climbing Monte Tlaloc. Each and every meal felt very well considered and definitely delivered. The guides were not only knowledgeable, but embodied the consciousness of their talk.

"As someone who finds tremendous joy in running and exploring the outdoors with like-minded people, this trip was everything I could hope for. I appreciated how everyone was considered and was equally important, no matter how good of a runner you were. It was truly inclusive."
