Your Adventure Itinerary

We begin our journey in the heart of the vibrant Coyoacán neighborhood, gathering at our hotel before setting off on an unforgettable Urban Sunset Run. This initial run through the southern neighborhoods of Mexico City serves as a perfect introduction, helping us acclimate to the city’s altitude.

Moving at a relaxed, mindful pace, our first run will conclude at the Welcome Dinner venue.

Accommodation: Boutique Hotel located in the heart of Coyoacán  | Double occupancy

Shuttle from airport: Not included

Required Arrival: Any Time Before 3:00 PM

We rise early for a day trip to Xochimilco, or “where the flowers grow.” A trajinera boat ride will take us through intricate canals to the chinampas—traditional farming lake beds—where we’ll indulge in a unique yoga and meditation session overlooking the lake and farming ranges. A delicious farm-to-table brunch courtesy of our local hosts follows.

Later in the afternoon, we’ll embark on an 8 km running adventure across the expansive campus of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), ending our day with a fabulous dinner in the charming Coyoacán borough.

Today, we explore the Great Water Forest, one of the areas with the greatest biological diversity in the country and a vital water source of Mexico City. Over 3,000 plant species, 195 bird species, and 350 mammals, reptiles and amphibians call this forest home. We’ll navigate muddy and rocky terrain, pausing to refuel with delicious quesadillas at the wood´s base.

Back in the urban landscapes, we will wrap up the day with a traditional Temazcal sweat lodge ceremony. This ancient ritual promises to connect us deeply with the region’s cultural and spiritual essence.

As the city quickly awakens, we’ll set off on a scenic 9.5 km run through Downtown, Reforma Avenue, and the surrounding neighborhoods, soaking in the early morning energy before the day’s rush begins.

Our route leads us to Parque México, where we’ll pause for a grounding farewell yoga session, letting movement and breath bring a sense of closure to our journey.
With the morning sun shining, we’ll gather for a final breakfast in Condesa, sharing stories and savoring our last moments together. Afterward, feel free to linger or depart at your own pace, carrying the experience with you.

In March, Mexico City welcomes the arrival of spring with open arms. The weather improves, offering pleasant temperatures ranging between 65-85°F / 19-29°C. As the city emerges from the cooler months, the iconic jacaranda trees burst into a vibrant display of blossoms, painting the urban landscape with hues of purple.
