Your Adventure Itinerary

Upon arriving in Antigua, a warm welcome awaits us at our accommodations situated in downtown Antigua.

After settling in, we will immerse ourselves in a sunset yoga session, aligning our minds and bodies with the beauty of the surroundings. Following our practice, we will gather to savor an authentic welcome dinner thoughtfully prepared by a local chef, using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients that capture the essence of Guatemalan cuisine.

We will start our early morning with a sunrise meditation and a heart-opening cacao ceremony guided by Cosmic Cacao, followed by a homestyle breakfast. Soon after, we depart for our 15 km hike at Cucurucho Mountain, where we will witness the captivating transformation of corn, bean, and coffee plantations into wild vegetation. Following our hike, we will transfer to La Bruja to savor a plant-based Central American lunch.


Following some well-deserved downtime, we will relax with a sound-healing and yoga session on our rooftop. For dinner, we’ll be led to a secret spot in downtown Antigua, with ample free time to explore the city if desired.

Our day will begin with an early rise as we prepare for our journey to the awe-inspiring Acatenango Volcano trail. Here, amidst Guatemala’s stunning landscapes, we’re treated to one of the most breathtaking trails, offering panoramic views of the Fire Volcano erupting before our eyes.


Following this astonishing experience, we will take on a steep descent through the volcano, leading us to the Caoba Farms, where a delightful farm-to-table brunch awaits.


In the afternoon, we will take part in an ice-bath and immersive breathwork session in our accommodations, allowing us to replenish and reconnect with ourselves. Following this, we come together for a soul-soothing sound-healing session, creating a perfect balance of adventure and relaxation on this transformative day.

Our day will kickstart with the inviting aroma of in-house baked goods and a breakfast infused with local flavors, fortifying us for the thrilling Pacaya Volcano Trail. This renowned trail, known for its challenging route through mesmerizing volcanic landscapes, will offer flexibility with varying length options, ranging from 9 to 21 kilometers. The decision on the trail length will be collectively made, allowing us to tailor the experience based on the group’s preferences and energy levels.


Upon our return to La Antigua town, we will cap off this afternoon’s escapade with a relaxing breathwork session, preparing ourselves for an evening immersed in the local ambiance. A visit to the Cervecería 14 brewery will await us for a well-deserved lunch, providing a taste of local culinary delights.


The afternoon will unfold with dedicated time for a rejuvenating stretch and meditation session in the heart of Antigua, allowing us to unwind and reflect amidst the charming surroundings.

Beyond her dedication to mindfulness, Mariella shares her passion by teaching kids horseback riding, emphasizing the importante of nature in her life.


Mariella’s life purpose is to make the world a better place by sharing tools of gratitude and mindfulness. Through her teaching, she empowers individuals to connect with their inner peace and appreciate every aspect of life, contributing to positive transformations.

In October, Antigua, Guatemala experiences the transition from the wet season to the dry season, creating a pleasant climate for visitors. The average daytime temperatures range between 18°C to 25°C degrees (64° to 77° Fahrenheit). While the days are generally warm and comfortable, the evenings may cool down, especially at higher altitudes, with temperatures dropping to around 10C° to 15°C degrees (50°F to 59°F Fahrenheit). Expect occasional rainfall, as October is part of the transition period, but overall, the weather provides a favorable environment for exploring the historic streets and natural wonders of Antigua.
