“Patagonia, Chile is known as one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world from it’s majestic snowcapped mountain tops and diverse wildlife to colorful culture and breathtaking landscapes…all of which I had the absolute delight to explore with my own two feet during the Aire Libre Patagonia retreat. 8-nights, 7-days of running, hiking, savoring, connecting, learning, growing with strangers from all over the world who have become lifelong friends. Going into the retreat, I’ll be honest in sharing I was totally unsure what to expect and as such, nervous about just how much and at what intensity the trip would entail but the delight that unfolding in each day deepened by personal relationship with running in a way I had not expected.”
