It's a mix of Patagonian steppe, lenga forest, and high-mountain ridges, often with loose gravel, wind exposure, and weather shifts. This is not road running, it's authentic trail running at its finest. Trail shoes with a strong grip are essential for navigating these varied and challenging surfaces safely.

Refugio Pampa – Torres del Paine National Park
Designed by and for nature, this lodge was built in harmony with the landscape. Surrounded by ñirre trees, wetlands, and the gentle murmur of southern rivers, every detail—from reclaimed wood walls to handwoven textiles—reflects the authentic essence of this territory: simple, genuine, and deeply Patagonian.
Remota Lodge – Puerto Natales
One of the best hotels in Puerto Natales, this world-class refuge in the vast Patagonia offers rooms with stunning views, 7,000 square meters dedicated to leisure, reading, and contemplation, a heated pool and saunas, and a dazzling restaurant.
Patagonian summer (December to March) brings daytime temperatures ranging from 10°C to 20°C (50°F to 68°F), while nights cool down to 2°C to 8°C (35°F to 46°F). Expect highly variable conditions throughout each day—strong winds, occasional rain, and intense sun can all occur within hours of each other. Layered clothing is essential for adapting to these rapid weather changes, and waterproof gear is recommended for sudden rain showers that are common in this dynamic climate.

We acknowledge that the lands and waters we move through in Puerto Natales, Torres del Paine, Cerro Guido, Serrano Village, and the Baguales range are the ancestral territories of the Kawésqar, Aonikenk (Tehuelche), and Selk’nam peoples. For thousands of years, these communities lived in relationship with the winds, waters, and mountains of southern Patagonia, shaping unique cultures of resilience and reciprocity with the land.
We recognize that colonization, sheep ranching, and settlement violently displaced many of these peoples and disrupted their lifeways. Yet their presence endures in living descendants, in stories carried forward, and in the spirit of these lands themselves. As we run, hike, and share time in these landscapes, we commit to honoring their legacy, moving with humility, and respecting Patagonia as a living, sacred territory.
