ABOUT THIS FILM
This is the original Aire Libre feature that sparked a movement. AL 01 Crossing the Land of the Seri follows runners Mauricio Díaz Arellano, Eme Morato, Knox Robinson, Sean Henry Lee, and Fred Goris as they embark on an 89 km journey across the Sonoran Desert, from El Desemboque to Bahía Kino.
Along the way, they connect with the Seri people, the indigenous stewards of this land, exploring the profound relationship between running, culture, and the natural environment that shaped Aire Libre’s vision.
